Delivery options

In Finland

We deliver all of our orders through DB Schenker. It is also possible to arrange a pickup from a cargo terminal.

If the order arrives to Pussikeskus Oy before 14.00 UTC +3 (2 PM), we will load the products during the same day and send them from our warehouse. The products will be at the cargo terminal the next day from where they will be delivered to the delivery addresses (nearby Helsinki) or they will be sent to regional delivery terminals and further from there. The delivery takes typically 3-6 working days after placing the order.

If all products are not in stock, we will contact you regarding the delivery and arranging the time. The products will be generally sent when all ordered items are available. The delivery time of products with printing and special products must always be settled separately.

All items are delivered in exchange for delivery confirmation, and therefore as a customer, you are committing to receive the delivery between 8.00-17.00 (8 AM-5 PM). If you want to make special arrangements or you are aware that your order needs special services, such as in a tower block, unloading pallet deliveries or similar, you must inform of this in the comment box provided, so we can evaluate the different variables that may affect the delivery. If a call from the cargo delivery driver is needed before shipping the delivery, it must be also informed of as well. Leaving out information mentioned before or cancelling the delivery may cause extra costs for you to pay. If the customer or their representative cannot be present to receive the delivery, but it can be left e.g. at the door, inform of this as well.

Webshop shipping costs are always 19 €/shipment VAT 0 %. If the products need a pallet for shipping, the charged sum depends on the size of the pallet needed.

Outside Finland

Freight costs vary to different countries and regions and are also dependant on the time. Because of that, after the order Pussikeskus Oy will contact the buyer and inform and agree the cost for the freight. Only after that the buyer is obliged to commit the order or can decide not to order.
